Shipping policy

All parcels dispatched by VapecloudNZ will contain a tracking number. The tracking number is required to locate and make changes to your parcel during delivery. It is your responsibility to not share your tracking number with others. VapecloudNZ will not be liable for any unauthorized changes made on your parcel with your tracking number.
R18 Delivery Service
From 1 July 2021, NZ Post/Courier Post will require an age-restricted R18 sticker to be applied to all courier parcels containing vape-related products.
This R18 sticker indicates to your courier driver that the contents of your parcel are intended for persons 18+. As a result, your courier driver may ask to see your ID upon delivery to verify your age. To make this process as smooth as possible, it is important to make sure that the name and details on your order match those on your ID.
Here at VapecloudNZ, our standard procedure is to dispatch all parcels with a R18 sticker and a signature is required upon delivery. This means you must be present at the delivery address when your parcel arrives in order to sign for it and show your ID. If you will not be present at the given delivery address when your package arrives, you can choose to designate another person to accept and sign for your delivery. This person will also be required to present a valid ID.
If you appear to be under the age of 25, you should expect your courier driver will request to view your ID upon delivery. The delivery driver does not have to deliver your parcel if they have reasonable grounds to believe that you are under the age of 18.

How long does VapecloudNZ shipping take?
Your orders are usually processed on the same day if you place the order before 2:30 PM New Zealand Time. All orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days for New Zealand and 2-10 days for the rest of the world.
Please note that some orders may not be dispatched on the same day due to stock or NZPost services and may take up to 3 days to dispatch.
All orders are dispatched from our store, from which you can request to pick up your order too.
Additional Fee
In the unlikely event, we may require you to pay shipping fees should you have provided us with an address that does not accurately charge you the correct shipping fee. Should this occur, we may place your order on hold and will contact you (via phone/email) to let you know.
Some parcels will be shipped via standard shipping due to their size. Example include but are not limited to: Hookahs
Redirection
To ensure that parcels are delivered correctly, Vapecloud can not process any request for a redirection once a parcel has been dispatched. Please contact or visit the NZPost website with your tracking number to request a redirection.
Vapecloud is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels if your parcel has been redirected.
Lost or Stolen Items
Vapecloud is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels upon delivery. If your parcel has been lost or stolen, please contact NZPost to open an investigation. Failure to do so may result in no compensation from NZPost.
